Citroen Basalt gets a new X factor

CITROEN HAS launched the Basalt X in India, an updated version of the coupe SUV with set of upgrades. It is available in three variants: You, Plus, and Max, with prices starting at Rs 7.95 lakh (ex-showroom).

Under the hood, the Basalt X offers two engine options: a 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine producing 82bhp and 115Nm, and a 1.2L turbocharged petrol engine delivering 110bhp and 205Nm. Transmission choices include a 5-speed manual and a 6-speed torque converter automatic.
