If your car's tyres are looking a little jaded, two new dressings have arrived to challenge our current champion from Diamondbrite

NO matter how well you clean your car's paintwork and wheels, it will look scruffy if the tyres are grubby and weathered. Even the newest rubber will soon pick up dirt and dust, and as tyres get older, the effects of sun bleaching and cleaning chemicals dry out the sidewalls, making them look old.

Cleaners and gels will soon have them gleaming like new, with a “wet look”, which enhances the look of the whole car and adds a finishing touch.

We recently crowned Diamondbrite’s Tyre Dressing the best we had tested, for its blend of value and long-lasting protection, but two newcomers have since arrived to challenge it.

Meguiar's Endurance offers a long-lasting sheen that matched the Diamondbrite’s performance - but at more than twice the price. Tesco’s contender is at the other end of the price scale, but will only last one wash.
