“The Concept C is not a retro design, it’s a vehicle that looks very modern and projects the image of Audi into the future, but it’s grounded in the roots of Audi’s DNA,” he says. “That’s such a huge asset that a brand like Audi has. It would have been easy to do a retro-inspired version of the TT or R8, but that is not what Audi is about.”
