New Swan Group drives innovation, unveiling advanced oil seals and EV axles at Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025, writes Richa Tyagi.

The year 2025 marks a significant milestone for New Swan Group, a company that has been at the forefront of the auto components industry since its inception in 1985. Over the past four decades, New Swan has become a Tier One supplier of automotive components to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), expanding its product portfolio, embracing advanced manufacturing techniques, and forging international partnerships. As the company celebrates its 40th anniversary, it does so with a renewed commitment to innovation and technological excellence.
At the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025, New Swan showcased its latest advancements, particularly in oil seal technology, in collaboration with Japanese company, NSS. This partnership has enabled New Swan to produce innovative oil seals that are more efficient and leak-proof, setting new industry benchmarks. Additionally, the company highlighted its focus on the future of electric mobility by unveiling its new electric vehicle axles.
The global oil seals market is expected to witness steady growth, driven by rising demand for high-performance sealing solutions in automotive, aerospace and industrial applications. According to market research, the automotive oil seals market is projected to grow at a CAGR of 4.8 per cent by 2032, fueled by increasing vehicle production, stringent emission regulations, and the need for more efficient sealing technologies. Asia-Pacific, India and China remain the largest markets, accounting for a significant share due to the booming automotive manufacturing sector.
