Despite proven capability in supplying furniture to large-scale projects, Design Studio Vito Selma requires no minimum order

- Marc Almagro

focus on quality and innovation

Design Studio Vito Selma owns and runs a one-hectare furniture manufacturing facility in Mandaue City, Cebu in Central Philippines. It has a workforce of 140 employees, 90% of which belongs to the production department. Six designers are on board, along with some engineers. Vito Selma, scion of the family that owns the company, personally leads the creative team.

imageUnlike other factories that specialise in one or two materials, Archipelago has the capacity to work with a wide variety of materials, according to Selma. “We are even capable of developing new materials for our clients and their projects,” he adds.

imageDesign Studio Vito Selma does not set a minimum order quantity (MOQ) on any project it undertakes. “We have decided to adopt a ‘no MOQ’ policy and to focus instead on producing quality work for our quality-driven clients. These transactions can be as small as one piece all the way to furnishing an entire hotel development.”
