Here, principal architect Aman Aggarwal has crafted a building that communicates immediately: a massive brick cross elevated on a black plinth, its sculptural presence commanding the industrial landscape while activating the street with retail vitality and achieving something rarer—immediate visual identity. In Panchkula's industrial belt, PLUS demonstrates how programmatic requirements, thoughtfully interpreted, can yield architectural gestures of remarkable clarity and power. “Architecture binds past and future,” he notes, creating a building that balances utility with poetic expression, redefining commercial architecture's potential.
