With a practice anchored in classical proportion and refined craftsmanship, Aparna Kaushik has emerged as one of India's most distinctive voices in the realm of ultra-luxury estates. Since establishing her studio in 2008, she has championed a design vocabulary that draws upon the rigour of classical orders while evolving them through a contemporary lens. “We design with intention,” says Kaushik. “There's purpose behind every moulding, every scale decision, every shaft of light.”
