MATERIALS
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup salt
- Warm water
- Small horse cookie cutter
- Toothpicks
- Baker's twine (or any yarn)
- Spices or essential oils (optional)
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Fahrenheit.
