Incentivise Your Weight Loss And Look Good!
Woman's Era
|October 2019
When did those kilos creep in? How? It is extremely discouraging when you realise you have put on weight, unknowingly.

The clothes look tight and some clothes are too tight and unwearable. A situation like this is especially challenging for a working woman. Impressive attire for the workplace does not come cheap. Women spend a good amount on labels. A sudden weight gain will make it hard to organise the clothes for the of-coming week. The sudden weight gain itself can break down your confidence. The fewer options in the wardrobe, especially if there are meetings scheduled and other important seminars in the offing, and where the company looks to you for an image, now that could be a really tight spot!
First, take a deep breath. Nothing is lost. This is when your organisational skills need to be tested. Take an inventory of your wardrobe. Check out the expandable items, then check ones that come as a lose-fit. Just sort them all in your mind. Knowing your wardrobe is the most important element in this distress situation. We cannot let it beat us!
You are beautiful
It does not matter what dress size you wear, just remember you are beautiful! The face is the first important physical identity. Therefore, never forget that you are beautiful. Weight-gain or not or even weight-loss, the face remains the same, feature wise. The body stress is sometimes reflected on the face, still a smile and the belief come what may, you are beautiful! Actually, a little weight gain usually enhances the glow on the face. Use that factor when you are worried about the weight-gain. Foundations and BB creams will give you an even tone, and it does enhance the makeup to take the attention away from your body and the slight weightgain. Believe in your beauty to get past this phase of an unexpected weight-gain.
