For a very long life.

It's this time of the year again, when the humidity and the temperature are the worst for the spread of viral diseases. Everyone seems to be down with flu, asthma, bronchitis, cough and cold of the changing season. So you have locked yourself indoors or you keep holding your breath for fear of getting viral infections. Breathe-in slowly breathe out more slowly in fresh air in a pollution-free atmosphere. Inner pollution bacteria is more harmful. Dust in palmets, curtains, bookshelves, carpets etc is more harmful than outside environmental pollution. Just do these yogic excercises – kapaalbhati, waatkram, agnisaar kriya, pawanmukt asana, dhanur asana, manduk asana, anulom-vilom, pranayaam and bhastrika pranayaam to boost your body's immunity.
Yoga power
Yoga helps to lower your stress hormone levels, conditions the lungs and respiratory tract, removes toxins from the body and brings oxygenated blood to various organs to ensure their optimal functioning.
Words of wisdom
Before stepping out of your home, dab on a little mustard oil in each nostril with your finger. Never eat artificially bleached fruits and vegetables. The fruits ripened by calcium carbide or other chemical salts lead to many diseases. Always take fresh seasonal fruits. Avoid deep freezer preserved fruits and vegetables. Wash them before eating.
Avoid crowded places as most viral infections are spread by inhalation, by intake of contaminated water or food, or by direct contact.
Always maintain a good posture.
Sit upright with your back absolutely straight.
Don't share your clothes or toiletries with others.
Be a decision taker for good or bad. Handle failure or success with equal aplomb and resilience. Be a survivor, never declare yourself a victim.
