Welcome the WILDLIFE

Creating a nectar bar

Sugar-rich nectar is a valuable source of nutrients for all the pollinating insects that help our gardens grow. Not only are they essential to our ecosystem and the success of our crops, it’s also a joy to watch insects and birds in the garden.

You can make a nectar bar to feed and shelter bees and butterflies in a bed or border, or simply a window box or container.

Plan well and you’ll have a colourful, aromatic display that brims with life.
