Would you like to be able to decide how you feel? The good news is, you can. You just need to know how. Of course, some people need medical treatment, but most people can simply change how they feel by directing their body to produce natural feel-good chemicals.

Our bodies are electricity and chemicals in a structure, and we can decide to feel better. Most people try to change things outside to feel better inside, but feeling good is an inside job.
You’ve probably heard of feel-good chemicals such as dopamine and serotonin, and stress chemicals such as cortisol. The names aren’t important, the key is to realise you can choose to produce these.
