Former Hollyoaks star Roxanne McKee is currently playing Captain Natalie Reynolds in Sky1 drama Strike Back.
She told us about training for her tough all-action role, building up muscles and the stunt sequences she insisted on doing herself…
What was the training like?
We were so lucky because the king of Jordan let us train in his military base. We did six weeks to get us proficient with weapons, and before that we were training with a Navy SEAL over in the States. And then we had British military advisors on set.
