A former in-house Buckingham Palace doctor reveals how the Royal Family live well into their 90s
As the monarch with the longest reign in history, the Queen has witnessed some truly incredible moments, along with her husband, the Duke of Edinburgh. And, at the impressive ages of 94 and 99 respectively, the royal couple are quite remarkable.
Now, Dr Anna Hemming, who spent seven years looking after the Royal Family and the household as the resident in-house doctor at Buckingham Palace, has exclusively revealed just how the Queen and her family manage to live long and fruitful lives.
Although they’re in their 90s, the Queen and Prince Philip ‘lead a healthy and active lifestyle, and enjoy exercise’, according to the cosmetic skin doctor.
