It's not the most well-known email program, but eM Client has been around for 15 years, and was recently updated to version 9.0 for both Mac and Windows. The program has quite a dense interface, so it's possibly not the best email app for complete beginners, but its all-in-one approach makes it a good option for people who want to organize their email, calendar, and notes.
