Yates: 'I Ride The Giro To Win'

Simon Yates has pledged to ride the Giro d’Italia to win as he enters his first Grand Tour without the fall-back of the young rider’s jersey on offer as a prize.
Though Yates is the reigning Tour de France white jersey winner and is still 25, he is born before the January 1, 1993 cut-off date and so isn’t eligible for the Giro’s white jersey.
