The inconvenient truth about time trialling

We have finally had what looks like some good news, and some light at the end of the wind tunnel – time trials are hopefully resuming in July. While it was nice to see people returning to the sport’s underground ways of meeting up in random laybys, and racing on secretive course codes – a bit like the MAMIL version of The Fast and the Furious – I think we are all looking forward to pinning on non-virtual numbers, and not being battered by 45-kilo riders on Zwift.
