SC Wants Truth To Be Out As Cbi Starts SSR Probe

The Sushant death case

The investigation in the Sushant Singh Rajput death case was handed over to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), the Centre told Supreme Court on Wednesday.
Solicitor-General Tushar Mehta, who is representing the Union of India in the case, said that the Bihar government’s recommendation has been accepted by the Centre and investigation in the Sushant death case has been transferred to the CBI. Senior advocate Mukul Rohtagi for Bihar government said that they welcomed the decision. At the Supreme Court hearing, Sushant’s family lawyer Vikas Singh said that the evidence is being tampered with by Mumbai Police.
