Since forming in 1989, Kent techno brothers Paul and Phil Hartnoll have split, reformed and split again. Their latest bout of inactivity ended in February, when they announced a return to live performance. By then they’d also begun work on a new long-player, their ninth since their chart breakthrough with 1990’s rave hit Chime.
