With a passion for rugby at a time when Jonah Lomu was destroying anyone crossing his path on the rugby field, he knew that putting on muscle and size was exactly what he wanted to be focusing on.

The 31-year-old Dad of two from South Wales has definitely started on the correct path. He’s secured sponsorship from legend Dorian Yates’s supplement brand DY Nutrition and has won Welsh bodybuilding titles in many federations.

So, where does the drive come from to live normal everyday life with two kids and still push to become the next Welsh elite athlete?
