What are the stories behind these images?
Gujarat is one of the best states to observe the greater & lesser flamingos, with Porbandar being a very conducive place to observe the courtship display of lesser flamingos (Phoenicopterus minor). During one such trip, we were very lucky to observe the spectacular courtship display. We spent around 2 hours, observing and photographing these birds. This beautiful image was one of the many shot on that day.
