YOGA IS LIFE

ONE CANNOT SPEAK ABOUT WELLNESS AND A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE, WITHOUT TOUCHING THE TOPIC OF YOGA.

The practice of Yoga is known worldwide and its many different forms and aspects are cherished, discussed, questioned and trusted equally. Prior to the pandemic, Yoga Studios were booming and Yoga Retreats were sold out all over the world. But what happened during the pandemic? Everything was shut down and it all collapsed. Personal contact was not possible anymore, and for a lot of people the situation became really challenging, mentally as well as physically. We realised how important Yoga Studios with their communities are, not only for the physical wellbeing but for a general upliftment of people.

In a Yoga Studio, like minded people meet, exchange joy as well as difficulties and as a community strength and hope is provided to the individual. A Yoga Community has a general orientation to mindfulness, self-care, self-love, healthy habits and supporting rituals. Not seldom the Yoga Teacher becomes a form of coach or even a counsellor.
