£30K And Counting... Charities Benefit From The Road To Paradise

CELTIC Football Club is delighted to announce that £30,000 has been raised to date from the recently released official autobiography of Brendan Rodgers.

A donation has been made to both Northern Ireland Hospice and Children’s Hospices Across Scotland (CHAS) in relation to the publication of the book and a further donation has been made by the club to each charity for every copy of the book sold.

The book has been hugely successful so far and both charities will now receive £15,000, with this amount set to increase as sales of the book continue to rise.

Northern Ireland Hospice offers specialist respite, symptom management and end of life care ‘palliative’ care to babies, children and adults throughout Northern Ireland. Established in the early 1980s the charity now cares for around 3,500 people annually, supporting them to live the best quality of life for as long as possible, in comfort and with dignity.
