The owners’ brief to Craig Westwood was to create an artistic upmarket indigenous landscape where the house would appear to have been inserted into the natural landscape. Massive boulders were brought in and sculptural plants were used to highlight the vertical elements of the house. Indigenous plants including the Cynodon lawn brought through a clean Highveld look. Garden Delights also supplied the water feature, irrigation and paving.
