My daughter Ruthie has six M younger siblings, so she learned long ago just how important bedtime routines can be.

As a mom with her first child, Justin, she developed a schedule she'd follow each night. She'd help him brush his teeth, make sure his stuffed monkey was placed in his rocking chair and sing him to sleep.
