100g unsalted butter, chopped, at room temperature

1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed

180g block Cadbury Caramilk, roughly chopped Double cream and vanilla ice-cream, to serve

1/4 cup caster sugar

110g packet skinless hazelnuts

120g packet blanched almonds
