“In the infinity of life where I am, all is perfect, whole and complete.” This simple, yet life-changing affirmation was introduced by Louise Hay, the pioneer of the Heal Your Life (HYL) movement in the US, in the1980s.

Fraught with the challenges of life, a distraught Gaurav Behl turned up at an HYL workshop, earnestly seeking answers. The catharsis he experienced there was his first tryst with Louise Hay’s work, and he went on to become one of the leading ‘transformationalists’ in the country. After an HYL teacher’s training in 2014, Gaurav decided it was time to scale the movement to greater heights and equipped himself with the International HYL Coach Training in 2015 from the UK.
