Kanchan’s journey in the beauty industry began 25 years ago. As her husband, an IAS officer, was busy with work, she wanted to do something productive with the time she had on her hands. Interested in the beauty trade, she began training at a local salon and soon learnt her way around threading and creams. Equipped with this knowledge, she started operating ‘Sapna Beauty Parlour’ from her home, an arrangement which allowed her time to care for her daughters as well as pursue her passion.
