Michael Buble and his family have travelled a rough road since eldest son Noah was diagnosed with liver cancer in November.
But last week they were all smiles as they helped their brave little man celebrate his fourth birthday with a fun Spider-Man party surrounded by all his friends.
It’s clear the couple spared no expense for their little boy’s big day, with mum Luisana Lopilato, 30, sharing pictures of the fun themed food and decorations with Michael’s huge fan base.
