Four years ago, Paul Garner F accessed his adoption file for the first time and made a shocking discovery.
Although he always knew he'd been adopted, his notes contained a newspaper article revealing that he'd actually been abandoned in public toilets in Abergavenny in 1958, at just a few days old.
