Q Why did you decide to do a series on quick cooking?
A That’s the way I live! I’m a busy person with my children and grandchildren, so I have to be organised with cooking. I love quick, inexpensive meals that you can make in about 30 minutes. I don’t include any ingredients that you can’t get in the supermarket – I’m not doing the show for the rarefied people who have lots in their larder. Most people don’t need juniper berries on their shelves!
