One of the must-see shows of 2017, Big Little Lies is back for a second series, with Meryl Streep joining the cast as Mary Louise, the mother-in-law of abused wife Celeste (Nicole Kidman).

‘I was addicted to the first series and I wanted to be part of it,’ says Meryl. ‘It explores abuse and how people survive it. That was interesting to me.’
