Presenter Gabby Logan and Strictly Come Dancing pro dancer Dianne Buswell are among eight celebs pushing their bodies and minds to the limits in freezing conditions under the guidance of Dutch extreme athlete Wim Hof, AKA The Iceman. This six-part series, hosted by Holly Willoughby and Lee Mack, sees extreme athlete Wim, 62, who has set records for swimming under ice and running half marathons barefoot on ice, show the celebrities how his methods can help them achieve some extraordinary things.
