Bristol Bears v Saracens Friday, BT Sport 1 HD, kick-off 7.45pm

The new Premiership season kicks off on Friday when Saracens mark their return to the top flight with a trip to Ashton Gate to face Bristol Bears. Sarries were relegated at the end of the 2019-20 season for salary cap breaches, but secured an instant return by winning the Championship.

Champions Harlequins, meanwhile, start the defence of their title on Saturday 19 September by visiting Newcastle, where they will come up against their former full-back Mike Brown, who swapped the Stoop for Kingston Park this summer.
