Following a special on 30 December, Lee Mack and his TV family make a welcome return this week in the hit BBC1 sitcom Not Going Out.
The new series will be a poignant watch, says Sally Bretton, AKA Lee’s wife Lucy, as it will be the last to feature Bobby Ball, who plays Lee’s feckless father, Frank, after the actor and comedian sadly died in October.
