I admit, I do have a habit of underselling my experiences, by simply saying, “I just campout in Ballroom 20.” But I’m here to rectify that grave sin because camping out in Ballroom 20 at least once in your life is so worth the hassle of lining up as early as possible and then just waiting for the show to start. Okay, again, that may not be the best selling point, but it’s true. But waiting in line is the name of the game for any pop culture convention. So, if you’re not already aware, conventions will test the very last thread of your patience, so if you’re not a very patient person, you will not have a lot of fun at a convention. You need to be willing to sit and wait. Stand and wait. Even lay down and wait in some cases, i.e. Hall H access. But that’s why I love Ballroom 20.
