Focusing on the group therapy sessions attended by six “final girls”, its narrator is Lynette, the survivor of a Silent Night, Deadly Night-style massacre. The group has been meeting for 16 years and its members are frankly sick to death of each other and on the verge of disbanding when some shocking news shakes them to the core: once again, someone is trying to pick them off one by one.
The Final Girl Support Group might be the most meta of Hendrix’s books yet – which is saying something given his first novel,
