There is a long history of using the weather as a weapon in warfare,” said National Security Agency consultant Wayne Madsen.
The royal parents-to-be were flying from London to Amsterdam for a star-studded party on Sept. 21 and landed safely.
But lightning rarely, if ever, strikes a plane the size of their 20-passenger Dassault Falcon 7X — and security sources suspect electrical conductors were placed on its fuselage to attract the potentially deadly bolts.
