Feds probing GRISLY TRAGEDY

A PENNSYLVANIA woman died after falling into a commercial meat grinder at a food processing plant.

Factory worker Jill Greninger, 35, was standing on stairs next to the industrial-size grinder at the Economy Locker Storage Company when the accident occurred around 11:30 a.m. on April 22.
