It’s been great. So far the film has exceeded all expectations. The film’s merit has taken it forward. We’re overwhelmed with the response the film has received all over the country and the world.

It got a humongous opening on its first day breaking all records. Did you foresee this?

If we thought of numbers we’d have never made this film. That was not how we operated. When the producers, director and actors got together it was with the vision of making the biggest Indian war drama ever. And that’s what we achieved. Remember, we come from a country which boasts of rich storytelling as found in the Amarchitra Katha, the Ramanaya and the Mahabharata.
