HOW APPLE KEEPS US FIT
It’s hard to imagine visiting the gym or going out for a jog without our iPhone in tow. Today, the iPhone has become an essential part of the workout, whether you’re a fitness fanatic or you’re a couch potato trying to shift some pounds before your summer vacation. With iPhone, you’re able to listen to your favorite tracks on Apple Music, get lost in a Podcast and use the Activity app to track your progress and make sure you’ve done enough for the day. When combined with the Health app, where you can monitor your everyday health and integrate third-party apps to monitor your calorie intake and everything else, Apple has built the world’s most advanced fitness ecosystem - a Control Centre for your body, so to speak.
The Health app is expected to become an indispensable part of our lives in September when Apple introduces new health and fitness features, such as the ability to track our menstrual cycles and fertility and monitor our ear health and let us know when we’re listening to too much loud music, which will no doubt encourage us to make smarter choices when we’re out and about. At present, the Health app monitors four categories: Activity,

Sleep, Mindfulness, and Nutrition, automatically counting our steps, walking, and running distances, and tracking our Activity data when paired with an Apple Watch. However, it’s widely rumored that
