On March 1, Britney Spears posted a photo of herself posing with Sean, 15, and Jayden, 14, the teenage sons she shares with her ex, Kevin Federline. “It’s so crazy how time flies,” she wrote in her caption. “My boys are so big now!!!!”

While the pop star, 39, was feeling nostalgic, her beau Sam Asghari, 27, has his sights set on a bright future for them both. In a new interview with Forbes, the personal trainer said he is ready to grow in multiple facets of his life. “My priorities in life are to remain humble and understand where I came from and where I’m going,” he said. “I want to take my career to the next step when it comes to acting. I want to take my relationship to the next step, as well. I don’t mind becoming a father. I want to be a young dad.”
