How was your experience working in Tiger Zinda Hai? Any anecdotes?

Getting an opportunity to work with Salman bhai and Katrina after Pink, and working opposite Mr Bachchan was a great thing to happen in my career. And also getting an opportunity to work with one of the biggest producers Adi sir and with YRF feels great. I also got a chance to work with various actors across the globe. So the whole experience has been very surreal and the response to the film and towards my character is unbelievable. And the fact that despite being a Salman Khan film I’ve been given screen time, given heroic moments wherein I save the nurse. I will always cherish all those moments because when you watch a film all you remember is what scene was it and kya moment tha?

How was your experience working with Salman Khan? What was your first reaction when you got to know that you’ll be working with him?

It was a great feeling to be associated with him. Salman Khan showered a lot of love and affection on me. But then to work with Salman bhai in a professional environment and know the man behind the stardom of Salman Khan was a great experience. He is a very easy going man who has very limited needs, unlike a superstar. He has got massive stardom around him but he has very limited needs and wants. There were several moments where Salman Khan reminded me of my father.

What’s the best quality about Salman, according to you?

The best quality about Salman Khan is that he has got a child like innocence about him. And that he laughs like a baby.
