Underage girl makes chilling sex assault charge in new lawsuit

PRINCE ANDREW has nowhere to hide after being slapped with a blockbuster sex assault lawsuit by his longtime accuser, Virginia Giuffre!

Despite saying he’d cooperate with the FBI over claims Virginia had been trafficked by Andrew’s former pal, pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, the 61-year-old Duke of York has maintained a stony silence.

Virginia’s legal team claimed they filed the federal suit — alleging rape and sexual assault — after three years of being stonewalled by Andrew’s lawyers.

It was filed in New York, which Virginia testified is one of three locations where she had sex with Andrew in 1999 when she was just 17.

The suit stated Epstein — who was found hanging in his jail cell under mysterious circumstances while awaiting trial for sex crimes in 2019 — directed Virginia to have sex with the prince against her will.

She charged Andrew knew she was trafficked, and she had no choice but to sleep with him.
