RED-FACED Hollywood has-been Steven Seagal is a virtual prisoner in Russia as the country's warmongering President Vladimir Putin uses his pal as a propaganda puppet, sources spill.
The washed-up chopsocky star of the '80s and '90s celebrated his 70th birthday in April at a swanky Moscow restaurant, where he promised to stand with his Russian "family through thick and through thin."
The "Under Siege" screen tough also stiffly sang the praises of former KGB strongman Putin — six weeks into Russia's bloody invasion of Ukraine, which has leveled cities and killed more than 10,000 civilians amid charges of Russian war crimes!
