PRINCE WILLIAM’S loyal wife Kate’s popularity has soared after vicious attacks by her publicity-obsessed sister-in-law, Meghan, The National ENQUIRER has been told.

“All hail ‘Kate the Conqueror!’ She’s won this war!” declared a high-level palace courtier.

But even as the Duchess of Cambridge trumps Meghan’s efforts to ruin her reputation, Prince Harry’s wife — pregnant with a sister for Archie, 2 — is blaming her hapless husband for her predicament, sources revealed.

“I’m told Meghan is furious Harry spoke to Kate as they left his grandfather Prince Philip’s funeral in Windsor in April,” dished an insider.
