JENNIFER ANISTON is worried sick over her 86-year-old dad John Aniston’s rapidly declining health, according to insiders.

“Jen is extremely concerned because John appears to be dying by inches right in front of her eyes,” an insider snitched to The National ENQUIRER.

“He’s aging faster than before because he refuses to take care of himself!”

Exclusive photos of the veteran soap actor shopping with wife Sherry Rooney, 74, show him looking decidedly frail and struggling to get around the discount store Costco in suburban Los Angeles.

The once-rugged “Days of Our Lives” star’s clothes hung off his body and he needed a cane for support.

At one point, John was forced to switch to a mobility scooter to tote his groceries and six supersized bottles of cheap red wine!
