Bursting back into the spotlight, Selena Gomez hit the red carpet last week at the NYC premiere of her new flick The Dead Don’t Die with a bit more of, er, everything.

The 26-year-old was literally busting out of her low-cut black frock and boasted a plumped-up face, all of which left fans positively dumbfounded.

“What happened to her face, she looks like a plastic doll,” said one concerned follower. “So unnatural,” added another.
