It’s no secret that Kim Kardashian’s very famous face has changed since she first hit the spotlight more than a decade ago.

But the reality star’s now being urged to stop tweaking what Mother Nature gave her, amid fears she’s completely – and permanently – destroying her naturally stunning looks.

“She’s gone too far. Seriously – she literally cannot move her face anymore. She’s been paralysed by all the filler and Botox she’s had injected in there over the years,” reveals NW’s Kardashian insider. “Word is she’s lost all feeling in her face too and that some of her fillers have started kind of leaking into other areas.” Um, eek!

“Kim has always been obsessed with looking her best, but she doesn’t know when to stop,” adds the source.
