Since news of her pregnancy broke in September, Kylie Jenner has only been spotted out in public a handful of times. Unheard of for the Queen of Social Media, right?

Now NW has learnt that there’s a reason Kylie, 20, has kept a low profile recently – she’s freaking out about her expanding body!

“Kylie had this idea that because she is becoming a mum so young, she would have an effortless pregnancy,” our Kardash insider says of Ky, who is now six months along. “She always pictured herself with a neat little basketball-sized bump and no other weight gain.”
